-Pinkie having a confirmed kid while showing the others not having kids when they look that age means they're past the age to conceive. Look a Ms Cake and the Mane 6's parents. ALL looked younger than the Mane 6 in the epilogue and their kids were teens at this point. If you're going to go the route of "ohh we'll leave it ambiguous, don't show any kids or say all the kids are at the <insert place here>"
Basically, the epilogue was half-assed. They couldn't put any thought or creativity into who the mane 6 would end up with or what their kids would look like besides Pinkie Pie. If you're going to be this damn lazy with an epilogue DON'T DO AN EPILOGUE!
It's pretty damn clear Twilight's outliving them based on how she's literally a Celestia reskin, with no bags under her eyes or wrinkles.
