I'm honestly going off of the Lamias from the Monster Musume manga/anime, where one of the Lamia subspecies is called "Echidna". Echidna Lamias have venomous fangs. Since the description (and tags) call her Trixiechdidna (Trixie+Echidna), I assumed the most logical.
