Because of how the writers tended to dumb down the Mane Six in order to give her roles (the season seven finale is the worst offender in this regard - almost everything she did in that could have been done by other characters).
 
I also hate the “poor me” attitude she had in season six. Otherwise, I just find her boring. The only episode I found her likable in (post-reformation) was Rock Solid Friendship.
