This is one of my MLP OC’s which I’ll more than likely use mainly from here on out with others possibly getting added whenever.
 
Rizella, she’s an office worker/gardener pony whose serious and strict. A true office worker to the max and works as the company head honcho’s personal secretary, placing her at the top of every other employee and possibly the next in line to lead the company despite her still in training about leading said entire company. She makes them 8am meetings, dealing with co-workers nearby in their cubicles when tasked to work with them, yelling at Johnson to hurry and file his paperwork to the boss or herself, having her people call your people, getting mad over Charles taking the last bagel from the recent meeting, and dealing with office shenanigans like pranks with Ben switching her tea out with coffee for example. When not at the office she’s at home tending to her garden and taking occasional business calls. She has a little brother and sister she takes care of occasionally when their Mom’s away or needs some time to herself. She’s oblivious to many jokes, very tol, skilled with her magic (she loves temporarily lowering the intelligence of those that get her mad) physically strong, and loves the color green. She has a nice side, but shows it in a small way. She wants to follow in her Dad’s footsteps in leading a company so she’s working alongside her Dad’s best friend and boss of the company he used to own after he passed. The others can tolerate her serious and stubborn attitude and try not to anger her too much to get a pummeling, but she cares about the employees secretly despite her prickness.
 
Long-winded description, but I’ve been wanting to use an office pony for a long time as a main OC so I can utilize silly office moments. I used to work around a couple offices and I know full well what goes on around there and the shenanigans that follow.
