There’s always the Sliding Timeline that Superhero comics use. Barring any explicit timeskips, the story takes place now in the present day, whenever “now” is.
Well technically Megan debuted in 1984 with the first special (and got a toy in 1985 I think), but why assume FiM takes place in current times? lol
You can be a bad ass and wear frilly overalls.
Oh I know, but she had her most ‘badass’ moments in the show where she had to wear that weird thing, which detrimented a little her badassery.
In this pic she’s wearing an outfit like the one she wore in “Rescue at Midnight Castle,” which was the pilot of the TV series. So she was wearing duds like this before the dress. Or the frilly overalls.
At least they got rid of her weird pink dress
Well even though Megan was cute, in her own way in the G1 cartoon, she was always a bad ass.
