I’m the only one who enjoy to go to the bank for a bill, or to simply check if things are in order, and simply chatting friendly with the workers there? All this electronics and digital programming are against meeting new people and I hate that!

though if you look at the cost of manufacture and disposal of electronics, as well as the cost of electrical power, as well as the effects of debit cards on price fixing, then paper doesn’t seem so bad.

the study did not show 26,000 strains of living e.coli on a single bill. the study showed 397 strains of many bacteria over 20 different $1 bills, whether they were dead or not. of the 18 strains that weren’t dead, the only one that had an abundance of over 1% was micrococcus luteus and that is fucking everywhere.
