I’m not really going for a too cartoony look, it’s more of an in-between of cartoony and realistic (for a lack of a better word) so making the head bigger would look like she is a bit bobble-headed at least to me. Also I’m not going for maximum cuteness really I’m just going for what I think Twi would look like as a human that’s all. If she gets excited she would probably perk up her ears and when she would be sad she would probably lower them! If that’s any cuteness consolation lol

The head looks kinda small for the body, and maybe it would look cuter with the ears up or down, not in the middle.

It’s kinda supposed to be her becoming more magical, like normally her hair would be black but as she ascended to alicorn and honed her magic more her hair began to be more colourful and later on would become more like Celestia and Luna’s hair with ability and age.

This is a great design for Twilight but why is her hair greyish-black on top?
