No one will leave as Long as they think there is a reason/chance to fight.  
You have to Punch them to Submission first before they move, before the new rule take over.
 
And all sides here think this is their “land”.

Currently it seems to be between Ponybooru and Ponerpics seeing how Rainbooru is down, at least as of me checking. The others seem quite niche.

I’d imagine if nazi stuff is banned on Derpibooru then vast majority will stay, and the small minority who like nazi stuff will migrate to other sites (if they are not already there).

Why not stay here? This is hardly a complex problem.
