You’re right, freedom of expression should be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, the fanatical hangers-on always seem to think they’ll be the ones able to say and do as they please for the rest of time. It’s only when it affects them that they come crawling out of the woodwork screaming despotism. I generally couldn’t care less what side of the fence anyone falls on. I stand up for their ability to create what they want.
 
I’m not one of the knee-jerking emotional reactionaries that discards freedom so readily. Notice how quick people are to pull the race card? They have absolutely nothing to say about censorship, freedom of expression and the descent into banning everything not sterilized by the iron fist of PC culture.

It also never stops being hilarious the way some people consistently fail to understand that presenting “supports nazi shit” and “doesn’t support nazi shit” as if they were somehow equal concepts deserving of equal consideration just makes them look like utter buffoons.

A lot of people who like shitty racist images have been screaming very loudly over the last few weeks about Derpibooru making a new policy prohibiting shitty racist images, and even though a bunch of other MLP image boorus have sprung up specifically to cater to shitty racist images, many of those screaming racists have decided to stay here and screech about it instead of just going to one of those other shitty racist image boorus and letting the normal people stay here in peace.
