From personal experience, talking to yourself is a perfectly normal behaviour amongst people.

Talking to yourself is generally a sign of mental health issues.
Doing so here to pretend to be different people and instil some sort of drama is a bannable offence. Consider that a warning.
It’s not the whole, but yes, sex is part of a romantic relationship normally. If it’s a platonic ship, that’s normally called friendshipping.

There are a million reasons for score variance, not the least of which being this is a featured image.
Dozens of other shipping images are drawn that well too, maybe even better, and they mostly have the upvote up to 500, and most were of non-lesbian, non-incest, non-age-gap ships.
