I know that one died. But it seems like a most number of Storm Creatures were killed, or executed, or arrested, or run away from Equestria offscreen back to the Storm King’s abandoned realm at the end of the film. While a least number of them were reformed and know peace in Equestria. And maybe some of them were still present at the Storm King’s realm still loyal to the Storm King leaderless.
