On a serious note, there’s nothing wrong with being gay, bi, trans, or queer. It’s just that some of (not all of) the LGBTQ community force large scale companies to show support for them, as they seem to think they are oppressed.

It was all ready a pretty small thing to do for pride anyway and they couldn’t even keep it up for the entirety of pride month.
Also despite what some people said on reddit just because it was installed for pride month does not mean it should only be around during pride month
Doesn’t matter: it’s good enough to get “social activists” to love the shit out of those who actually exploit society - mission accomplished, the peasants love their masters and are busy targeting each other.

So? They don’t care about my social values, either. If there was a whole month where every corporation publicly put on a show of how much they supported my values I’d just be happy with that.
Especially if one of the biggest things I wanted was normalization and public support.
I love how everyone complains that virtually every major company has an enormous public show of support for their sociopolitical agenda for ONLY a month.
Oh, how dare all the major corporations normalize everything like I’ve always wanted and put on a huge display of support for an entire month, regularly, every year - and then not do it for longer!
This happens because companies are scared. If they don’t comply and follow suit when it is the declared “pride month,” they will get bashed, hated on and risk loosing it all just because the ones that scream the loudest focus negatively on them.
As soon as they can ditch this ass-cover’er then boom, back to the normal, more marketable and professional logo.
Now, believe me, there is absolutely nothing wrong with gay people. They are great, fun, and help reduce the population! But it’s these annoying pricks that think they are the most oppressed people in the world that are the problem. Companies behaving like this is a clear indicator of that.
