That’s adorable. The princesses had so much stress being the rulers of Equestria they deserve to indulge a bit and be cared with zero responsibility after all. Maybe this is where their retirement is and it’s actually permanent. :3
That is precisely what is going on here! I imagine after being princesses all those years, it’s nice to have somepony to look after them and get loved on by without a care in the world, even if it’s for a little while.
