Joseph, Jotaro, Josuke and Giorno got their stands after Dio pierced himself with the arrow.
 
Jolyne had to be pierced again in order to get her stand, she also had the weakest stand of them. She is not a natural stand user as the other JoJos.
 
So yeah, Jolyne is my favorite because she manages to scrap wins despite not being as strong as the others.
