Article 243.4 of the Criminal Code of Russia (vandalism) refers to the damage or destruction of monuments. Almost the entire existence of our city is worth such an IS-2 stands at the House of Pioneers. This is classified as "damage to the monument". At the same time, as a child, I and many children regularly climb on the tank and play, without any attention from the police.
