Truly epic on so many levels. Twilight pressing her face into Mrs. Cake’s butt, Twilight’s horn being pressed out of Mrs. Cake’s butt crack as she is pulverized beneath said plot, and then Twilight being squished down in the shape of Mrs. Cake’s own plot as she sits there sheepishly and thanks Twilight for her squishy body being her cushion. Seriously, so sexy, hilarious, and awesome. On SO many levels.

Now I can imagine Cup Cake trying to ask Pinkie Pie for help, but the pink pony mistakes her now over-distended belly with another baby bump and starts treating Mrs.Cake like a queen, giving her food, drink, hoofrubs and bellyrubs everytime. All for the babies.
 
Eventually after numerous failed attempts of explaining the actual situation, Cup Cake gives up and decides to enjoy the attention Pinkie Pie is giving her, having her greatest day in months.
 
Meanwhile Twilight is waiting for the help eating the sweets that fill her host’s belly.
