Description
Lunar demonstrating his ability to floof, like all bat ponies in my headcanon have. This would traditionally be an instinctual response, in order to appear larger to try and scare any threats away. Lunar doesn’t have the wings he can flare out to look larger though, so he mainly does it to look cuter/more snuggleable.
