BTW, Flipron’s “Mavis” song sums up this scene rather well though it’s from a man’s perspective of a woman who cares for him.

And he hasn’t changed his opinion yet either, at least not when I had last talked with him. Rarity isn’t 100% cruel but he seems to focus on that.
