To make this comic about a hundred times more bearable, just pretend it ends at panel three. And also pretend the creator isn’t a weeaboo fruitcake.

It felt like he was making sense for a bit, but all of that sense was drowned in a larger amount of nonsense.  
I kinda liked the self-aware Lyra thing, but after every good point you make a terrible one, or you just get something wrong, like thinking EqG isn’t canon.

The show neither accentuates nor avoids girlyness, it’s simply allowed to BE THERE, just like it realistically is in real life. Love should be no different, and as long as it would be handled as well as the whole girlyness thing has, I would see no problem in implementing it.
 
This artist, however, went on a whole point about shipping and sexuality implementation that had nothing to do with the subject at all, and completely bought into the “doom and gloom because Faust left the show” malarkey, which not only makes their throwaway pass-giving of Princess Twilight and EG, but totally takes away my ability to take their viewpoint seriously. Never mind there were a few spelling and grammar errors in there too because they were so desperate to put this out.
 
I’m sorry sir/madam, but while I agree with your general principles, you’re going about it without taking a realistic look into how things are done with this or any show.

I more or less agree with the creator of this comic, but I’m cringing at how they’re using Lyra as their mouthpiece. At least they aren’t using another person’s ponysona or one of the main or supporting characters, but still…

If you use the term “love” that narrowly, you couldn’t say that a mother loves her child. I think the other BP is just trying to point out that there’s different kinds of love: romantic, familial, friendship, etc.

Wouldn’t an episode where Twilight and Flash share a date or two, but once he admits to her he can’t stand her friends she tells him they also should ‘just be friends’ be awesome?
