I’m sure! It still got me thinking along the “colorblind” track, understandably.
No, the Sixth Doctor isn’t colorblind.
He genuinely believes he’s the height of fashion with that jacket.
That was his whole character: Egotistical prick.
My uncle is extremely colorblind. He once bought a bright, fully-saturated red and green striped suit because he thought they were shades of brown. Thankfully, my aunt made him return it.
The above stallion’s outfit still looks horrid, but you can kinda see how he probably didn’t think it was that bad:
