Okay, I guess.

She used to be his companion when he was on his third body.
She doesn’t know that “Time Turner” and the Doctor are the same person, but he has been around her because he thinks he owes her after screwing up her life and forcing her to use gray dye to simulate she’s aging at a normal mare’s pace.
