Actually no I haven’t, but obviously that’s because it’s such a nationwide, common knowledge, trend and proof positive that the trans/gay/PC elites are clearly seeping their ways into the heart and minds of our impressionable youth right? It’s an epidemic, folks. And reading into that, not only does “transablism” have nothing to do with being gay or transgender, but involves a extremely rare form of mental disorder (BIID) suffered mostly by white middle-aged males. Great job.
 
As a straight cis male, I think I’ll be just fine if the worst I have to worry about is that at some point, an angsty emotional wreck will mouth off about hating all cis straight men. Terrible mindset to have? Yes. But are we seriously going to pretend that their haven’t been any social conditions to this day that might lead someone (LGBT, ethnic, or otherwise) to have these kind of feelings bottled up? Nope all the gays, trans-people and other minorities just got a wild stick up their ass without any kind of provocation from the majority class during any period of time, right? I dunno, maybe it’s a better investment to help solve these kind of problematic conditions that spark this kind of resentment, instead of kicking people while their down. But I guess that makes me a liberal pussy for even suggesting that.

Yeah…because it’s not like that’s ironic coming from someone in a fandom that’s gained a reputation of having an outstanding victim complex and being self congratulatory (hello, brony documentary made solely to show how bold, unique and ground breaking we are.) Excuse me if I don’t see excess body hair as an automatic absolute disqualifier of someone’s personal hygiene. I mean it’s not like people with more hair than normal ever bath or take care of themselves in any way, right? And do we all of the sudden live in the reality in which female celebrities and the fashion industry don’t come under heavy fire from both sides of the political spectrum for making young girls feel self conscious about themselves? Since when are straight men the only people who get told of for that?
 
And yeah, people (especially parents) are gonna be a bit concerned when a channel that deliberately targets an audience of younger teenage girls puts out a video that may send the wrong message about how they should not only feel about themselves, but judge other girls (ie slut shaming, albeit not overt).

Also, seriously? Have some perspective? Where’s the perspective in the fact that a large group of people, including HANK GREEN (who might I remind you was a contributor to what’s currently the only sex education channel on Youtube right now) essentially bashed, criticized, and shamed a group of adolescent boys for stating their sexual preferences. I mean my God, I hope nobody involved in the LGBTQ community was involved in that, because if so their actions there would make them a massive hypocrite.
 
Many of them, including Hank, called for the censorship of the video, which actually happened, and the hate only continued when the video was reposted.
 
Let me ask you a rhetorical question, if that video was made by a group of girls, or by a gay guy, or by a transsexual bisexual agender, do you think anyone would have dared to lambast them for stating their sexual preferences on a Youtube video? No! In fact the very opposite would have happened, these people would have praised them for being “so brave” for “putting themselves out there” and “not letting the Patriarchy keep them from stating their dreams” or some garbage like that. But because that video was made by a bunch of straight, white, One Direction rejects, they felt that they were justified in harrassing, bullying, and emasculating these idiots who posted a video with absolutely NOTHING wrong in it.

IA just random glosses over tumblr (a popular platform for lgbt/“feminist”/fanon/etc blogs) and assumes that because a lot of people happen to identify under an alternative lifestyle, most of them are just faking it to be in with the in crowd.
 
People’s sexual preference and gender identity (a concept which IA went out of his way to disparage in his “cis video”) isn’t a fashion statement and there’s no concentrated conspiracy to convert the youth of America.
 
People do uses “censorship” as a buzzword to make any kind of criticism or backlash (an extension of free speech) look like oversensitive whining. Not everyone who takes issue with Molestia, or dudebro “no girls allowed” communities online is the equivalent of Pinkiepony. Not everyone on the left wants to censor you.
 
And like it or not, private websites have every right to take down channels that host content they feel uncomfortable hosting on their servers, albeit it for copyright reasons or otherwise. This applies to my blog as with anyone else’. It sucks. I never wanted Molestia to be taken down. It was tumblr’s decision in the end to fold, and that’s the risk we all take hosting our content on other company’s servers.

Have your preferences if you will, but don’t act so high in mighty if some raise an eyebrow to that kind of framing…especially since the video he was defending was aimed towards really young girls and how they should look.

I just don’t like the guy. The important thing to focus on here is the phrase “in real life”. True, in real life people do not do these things unless they have a massive victimization complex, but this is the internet, a place where nobody knows you’re a dog. Some sad, lonely individual can easily make 5 accounts, all with completely separate “lives”, act a victim in some, act an abuser in others, and just use another for simple browsing and so long as they don’t cross-pollinate their accounts nobody would be the wiser.
 
Combine that with the fact that it’s become increasingly “popular” to be gay, trans, whatever amongst the younger generations and you have the perfect concoction for people like the one IA makes his videos on. A perfect example would be the Headmates video, absolutely deplorable, and even if every one of them ousted themselves as the fakes they are there’s nothing anyone would be able to do to them, because there’s nothing illegal about faking an illness.
