Try a quick web search for “tickling fetish” and I’ll guarantee that heavy bondage is gonna co-star in every other picture.  
You can’t seriously be this naive.

I don’t know nearly enough about tickling/tickle torture to make an educated call. What I do see is that there’s nothing indicating she’s going to have any even short term negative effects, or even if this is all consensual and the ropes are to keep her from involuntary kicking spazzes.
 
So… I’ll just leave this as semi-grimdark.

Yeah Smiling was kind of a butt in that pic, just count the number of comnplaints it got in the comments.  
We let it pass because we love him.

Commissions. When you see garbage like this posted, just think to yourself “Oh, just a commission” and there’s your answer.

Note the words TORTURE and ABUSE, forced tickling could be considered to be both.

Just because the rest are mistagged does not mean that this should be too.

Dude, this is fetish stuff. Pretty much all of the tickling art that gets posted here is made by veteran fetish artists. They draw bondage and tickling because it turns them on. The intent is not to convey a sense of tragedy as with grimdark, but to fetishize (sexualize) something. (That’s why I prefer to use “questinable” too - fetish art is fetish art and made with that intent, even if the people who don’t have the fetish may not realize/are not aroused by it. But Dbers seem to prefer Suggestive, so I don’t force it.)
