I’m still not sure if it’s too gimmicky or just enough. The online matches will probably be fun but I never go online, and if the comp player AI is the same as always I’ll pass. Nintendo just loves making unbalanced bots who cheat all the time.

I don’t think it’s going to be a party game. What they’ve shown so far is all gamepad-controlled, so that kinda leaves out the option of split screen.

Everywhere I look, I see nothing but people saying good things… worst I’ve seen is people saying “Well, it looks fun. But it’s probably just gonna be a party game”.
