3 ponies from KP-ShadowSquirrel has one huge advantage: it’s open. Almost every other 3d ponies is just copyrighted rendered pics with closed source files, “fav&forget”.

The plastine-look of the models is really good, better than how the SFM models put out. Going for the cartoon look, that really really helps, makes them look more ’toony than the SFM ones try to be.
