Of course it exists, just not as commonly as in the rest of the fandom. Also almost all shipping is contained in writefag generals. I’m fine with generals for the reason of containing that, but recently they’ve been leaking and now there is a new general every day.

Don’t take it as anything referring to sexuality, but as for the perceived activity of the colt cuddled thing, that is actually mostly just the same people keeping it alive. Generals die slow deaths with almost no newcomers as a result of usually becoming divergent and unoriginal. As for lesbian pairings, most people dislike shipping until they are looking at porn, which is strangely banned on the board currently.
It’s just funny hearing it on /mlp/ of all places because there’s only like one lesbian pairing that can ever support a thread these days, but “colt cuddler” is always busy according to the catalog.

If it means anything to you, Derpibooru in general tends to be very drama-adverse and equally hates everyone who provides it. That’s just a sweeping generalization, but still.
I think we tend to get more mad at Tumblr calling us a bunch of “dirty brony rape apologist pedophiles GET MY ART OFF OF THERE NOW” than some /mlp/ users saying “That place sucks because I can’t call someone a faggot if I disagree with them.” I mean we hate hearing both, but the former obviously has more of an impact.

You got it. Derpibooru is the closest thing to neutral ground in the fandom, as it is the colliding point of several areas. You have facebook, EqD, /mlp/, MLPchan, ponychan, reddit, tumblr, MLPforums all in one place. That makes Derpibooru one of the greatest yet simultaneously shittest places in the fandom.
Calm down. It’s just something 4chan does, and in certain places like /mlp/ it is heavily tied to insecurity and projection.
It’s a certain /mlp/ brand of it though, they kind of have the stereotype of being arrogant and thinking that every single community should be like them while at the same time saying that nothing will be like them.

No shit. Just take most of the petty insults from us as our shitty commentary. The idea behind most of it is “everything is shit, nothing is sacred.” As a matter of the fact, I applaud derpibooru’s attempts to moderate images, they do a good job.
However, the action of policing comments save to prevent spam is an exercise in futility. Usually these attempts result in jokes being removed as “trolls” and other infractions.
But the majority of hate should just be realized as the age old 4chan mentality of hate.
Real talk: we get more than people who want to say the word “faggot” and “autism” as insults. We have dedicated troll uploaders that pretty much aim to make the community look bad by uploading terrible art under the implications of “upvote this or you’re X.”
I saw that newest post. One of them was banned for like a fucking hour.
And that was not trolling. It was being an idiot about an OC that they felt the need to call “autistic.”
Well, it stems from the mods probably banning the majority of our team every week for trolling when we make a joke. The community here isn’t bad save some select mods and other high-ups.
Yup. I was going to write the Dashcon article, but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to go out of town. I was also set to appear in the stream but due to shitty planning on my part I missed out. I wrote the MWBFKC article and the >CLOP article.
I also do a lot of behind the scenes datamining and shilling, but that isn’t officially sanctioned. Sometimes we use the results though.

That’s a load of shit. What is truth and what us fiction on HN is easily discerned by looking at the tags and general common sense. I know that this era believes any sarcasm on the internet needs to be immediately followed by a barrage of epin smilies that tell you it is sarcastic, but people used to have a trait called “not being a dull, slow fuckstick.” Sure, some of our more factual content is told with a lot of opinion, but we are up front about it. Other sites do it without owning up.
