Dude demanded that people who “promote or tolerate cissexism” stop looking at his art, then quit.  
It’s a sad story, really, and he wasn’t lucky or well-connected enough to leverage political militancy into a post-pony career.  
The MLP fandom avoided a lot of future drama because most of that crowd vanished to Steven Universe Tumblr after some huge blow-ups, but it was a nasty period.

Hopefully that didn’t come across as too nasty. You of all people deserve to hold some rancor, considering they treated you and your site as anathema to the cause.
 
So yeah, 3Apples isn’t coming back, but at least we can still enjoy it for what it was. Both the cutie mark thing and AJ finding her place in the group were brilliant anticipations of the show. The comic raised a lot of questions that it never got around to answering, but that was the really fun part of the early fandom!
 
And damn but the weird nostrils really grow on you, don’t they?

They publicly espoused leftist ideals and had a mild anti-porn slant, something the BP in question, a proud “conservative” and lolicon artist, sees as anathema.
 
Don’t be too quick to believe the nasty things people say about others online, particularly not when said vaguely and anonymously; there’s a lot of blind rancor out there pent up from the DWM era.

He’s semi-active on his mod blog. The first page has posts ranging from six months ago to five days ago. He’s fine.

The saddest part is I don’t know if they quit or something really bad happened to them. I hope they’re okay. This has been one of my favorite comics in the fandom. Like, no lie, top favorite. Even before they started going with the color style, it was just so fun and quirky.
 
Well, where ever they are I hope they are in good health and found something else that brings them joy.

Recently seen some gross stuff going around in circles pretty close to me and it’s frankly made me uncomfortable with having a blog with as many followers as this. If you think any of the following are acceptable behaviors, then I ask you to leave because I don’t want my work associated with people who approve of…
 
Casually making jokes or using slur s against people based on their race, sexuality, gender (including trans and nonbinary people), sexual activity, or disability. Encouraging or participating in the harassment of or violence against people based on those same things. In any way knowingly promoting sexism, racism, homophobia, cissexism, transphobia, or ableism. Harassing or stalking people. Revealing somebody’s private information without permission. Threatening to kill somebody or suggesting a person commit suicide. Threatening to rape somebody or suggesting a person be raped. Using the victims of rape, abuse, depression, or any such thing as the butt of a joke. Generally disrespecting victims of serious trauma. Being a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and claiming that you won’t touch anything made by a feminist. This one is just plain silly.
 
This is not a comprehensive list of behavior I don’t approve of, but it is a list of behaviors I see very often and that I genuinely worry a significant number of my readers might be a-okay with. I know this is an uncharacteristically serious post, but the idea that my work could potentially become associated with any of the above views just because I don’t explicitly make clear that they are not welcome is frightening.
