Too bad Regular Show starts off without the episode that tells how the story all begin, in which MLP:FiM does told the beginning of things before starting the main fun. This is how most Cartoon Network and most western cartoons are like after all. MLP:FiM is a rare exception that features the beginning and continuity nod as much as most Japanese Anime. Also I prefer cartoons with continuity nod more, because it trains my mind that changes are normal and it feels more realistic in terms of timeline.
