No, an explicit description should be spoilered if the image rating is lower. Rating tags are for the image only. Which, considering there’s not much going on there (that’s a sword, right?), should be suggestive because of dreamy alicorn prince. Also no actual hanky-panky makes that description questionable. Which would still need spoilering.
