It happens every now and again, and usually just after an episode is released (mon or tue) This one is obviously different as none of the images are related to the last episode to air (which would have been Bloom and Gloom)

I remember yesterday I noticed that all the images right there were safe, but I had just figured some of them were explicit ones I had hidden.  
Now though it looks like there’s at least a questionable one in there.

No. i used the “everything” filter when i made this screencap, and the best-rated explicit image in the 3 day top scoring was in fifth,over 60 upvotes behind the fourth best-ranked safe image.
