Also, the fans are not much better. They’re more than happy to make interesting characters of background ponies that really had no personality or speaking lines in the show but then give Celestia the short end of the stick.

Six fucking seasons and not one Celestia episode…meanwhile Luna has starred in two, and had major roles in several, including the last finale…plus there’s no “Luna hate tag” while Celestia has her own hate tag.

I have mixed feelings about this.
 
It’s well-drawn and gorgeously colored…but it’s yet another instance of Luna-favoritism while Celestia is made a fool of.

Just think of it as the high-effort Renaissance-era equivalent of doing bunny ears behind someone’s head in a photo. Sure, they look silly and you’ve ruined the photo, but in the end you’re really just goofing with them, not trying to hurt them.

Honestly, I can’t see Luna being so insulting to her sister, even if it’s meant as a joke it’s kind of mean-spirited. So because Celestia happens to enjoy sweets Luna decides to make her look obese?
 
Sighs, and it’s kind of frustrating cuz I think the author is actually very talented with some impressive skill. More, I’m sure that some people will just find it the funniest thing ever, not seeing any issue with it.
