The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

@Justy
I highly doubt this person cared about any of that, it seems more people these days are making guns to be “cool” than functional.

Also, this is airsoft, so another possible explanation is the designers are dumb and figured this would look “cool” and sell better than the standard setup with it’s under folding stock.
Justy
Duck - Some ugly ducklings stay that way

Also, the use of the flaming pig muzzle device is dumb, too, because it’s supposed to work as a recoil booster and facilitate reliable operation on extremely short AR-15 rifles. Except here the standard Krinkov muzzle brake would do the same job for 10% the money and with less flame thrower-ish muzzle flash.

Why would you even put an M4 style stock on a firearm that doesn’t necessitate the use of it because it lacks a buffer tube? The stock is just that, a necessity, sidefolders are superior in almost every way.

That pistol goes in my pocket then under my pillow then right back to my pocket. Every so often it gets stripped and oiled so the constant handling and environment changes don’t hurt it.

Suppressors are expensive and difficult, I wish you luck with that. I’m going to have to go through it some day.

And I will look at that, Spike’s Tactical, as money is a concern for me. Thanks!

@Jackarunda:

I personally wouldn’t carry a gun in my pocket (I do place my pistol in my leather motorcycle jacket but not before putting it in a cargo-pants pocket holster). For everyday carry I use a Crossbreed holster, which are custom made and pretty much infuse the gun into your body shape, I don’t print even when wearing fairly form-fitting t-shirts.

And yea you’re right about the .380’s stopping power. It’s small, but easily controllable, and shot placement is all that really matters (no sense in carrying a 45 if you can’t control it and hit what you’re aiming at).

Well the 22lr is a hunting caliber (albeit for small game, like squirrels), but it can do plinking as well as target practice (which is what I intend to do). Also the barrel can be threaded and the rifle suppressed (which was also my intention). Once suppressed it’s as loud as a frog’s fart.

And I love your two-guns-in-one idea for the AR, very clever. If you ever want just a solid quality and low cost AR, consider the Spike’s Tactical ST-15. For under $900 you get a fantastic quality rifle (quality well beyond Bushmaster or Armalite). But their unsurpassed value made demand skyrocket, and the turn-around time for the rifles is fairly long (but well worth the wait).

9mm I consider the light and fast end of the three combat calibers.

When I went to choose a CCW, they offered me many but it came down to the LC9 and the LCP. They’re the same pistol, except one’s in 9 and the other’s in .380. My stepfather got the LC9, and I just can’t conceal that thing. It’s the smallest 9 I’ve ever seen, yes, but it’s still too big for me. I’m not a big dude. I’m tall but not “big,” so as to be able to hold that pistol without it being detectable by others. Besides, based on my own ballistic testing I trust that 3 rounds of .380 DPX in the chest from my LCP’s 2-inch barrel will pretty damn assuredly make someone not live anymore.

–> CZ452
I see, looks like a hunting rifle. Neat. You plan on plinking with it or hunting things?
Or killing people from very long ways away with an underdog round? :V jk

I’m looking to get an AR with a 24” barrel. Then I’ll apply for a SBR permit/registration, and when it gets through I’ll get a 11 or 12.5” upper.

That way I’ll have my lower with my stock and grip, and I’ll just swap the upper to go from hyper-maneuverable carbine to fantastic-ass interdiction rifle whenever I want. As for the make, I’m not sure. I’ve had good luck with Bushmaster.

I said just AK instead of naming a model because I thought it looked like the bad guys’ new small-caliber weapon mirroring our armalite rifles, but I wasn’t sure. I had thought that weapon had a non-ribbed magazine.

@Jackarunda:

Combat caliber? It’s just a 9mm, pretty tame compared to a 40S&W or 45ACP. Plus ammo is dirt cheap, I can find boxes of 50 count Federal for $10.

The grip laser and night sights sound sexy, I was thinking of getting a Viridian green laser/light, but it’s low on my priority list.

CZ-USA to be exact, it’s US-based subsidiary of Česká zbrojovka a.s., a Czech firearms manufacturer. Their firearms are of very very high quality. They offer a left-handed C452 (22lr bolt action rifle) that is cum-worthy, trouble is that they are incredibly difficult to find.

What Armalite rifle were you considering?

@Golden
Walther PPS? You conceal something in a combat caliber? The LCP is .380 but I love how small it is. Goes in my jeans pocket err’day without a second thought. Also, (shameless pathetic bragging) my LCP has a grip-activated laser pointer and custom-machined tritium sights and barrel. In the dead of night, I can locate it, and I can pick it up by its grip first-try because the tritium glow shows me the pistol’s orientation even in pitch blackness. Anyway the walther PPS looks neat-o. Kinda like a USP.

I am left-handed as well (high-five) and I’ve never gotten to fire a left-handed rifle :(
My Savage is right handed, and it has bad magazine-feed problems. That’s probably due to misuse though, since I’ve had it since…what.. 10 years old I think? Anyways, I have a bigass .22-calibrated scope on it and a bipod, and it’s been as accurate as I’ve ever needed it to be. I like it a lot, but I haven’t owned a lot of .22 rifles so it’s hard to judge.

CZs? Aren’t those Chezckzck (however you spell it) pistols?
Goldenpwny

@Jackarunda:

That’s a nice little collection you got there. I currently own a Walther PPS, excellent pistol (slim for concealed carry and easy to shoot well).

I was actually considering purchasing a savage mark II (I’m left handed and I found a custom left-handed one for $375 at a local store). My main concern is accuracy, how does it compare to the CZ’s? Do you think I should I go for it?

At this very second, I personally only own an LCP, a Mossberg590a and a Savage .22LR BA rifle. My family owns I think a total of 11 additionally, and most of those are in my care a lot of the time because I’m the only one that has the skill and desire to take care of them. I’ll be getting an armalite rifle soon here, though. Having a job does have its benefits.

the primary issue i have with this is not that it’s airsoft but that it’s mimicking an AK. Nice art application though.
