She is not claiming copyrights, she’s only saying the drawing is hers, not the characters. I don’t see where’s the problem, I love every single “little picture”, and I wasn’t bothered by the watermarks until I’ve read the comments XD
 
In fact you can clearly see that by checking HER comment on DA in which she claims who’s the rightful owner of the franchise. She only made sure, with this specific picture, not to have it stolen since, you might be surprised, it happens so often. I draw stuff too, that’s why I understand her decision to sacrifice a bit of the image to protect it. I thought it was only fair to clarify that what she did is right.

Well, yeah, they’re all great little pictures but they’re ruined by the watermark wallpaper plastered over them.

I don’t deny that this was overkill, but could we take a moment to appreciate how Berry Punch is apparently growing a moonshine tree?

Way to scribble graffiti all over your own art.
 
I say graffiti and not copyright, because you can’t copyright stuff that isn’t your intellectual property.
