I just looked up Masseuse Pony tags, she has more of a stallion look in her on Gameloft. Anyways, there’s almost not art of her or him or even screencaps for that matter, she definitely needs more art.

It’s been 4 years and people are still debating rather Masseuse Pony is a mare or stallion. I’d like to think it’s an animation era. Then again, in newer episodes there are 2 butch mares about the same size as Big Mac.

It’s always been my opinion that the level of detail on the lashes was more a measure of beauty (natural or through makeup) than a determiner of gender. Fluttershy and Rarity have the most elaborate lashes around and they’ve been said to be very beautiful.
 
I assume, like human men, most stallions don’t bother to pluck their eyebrows or curl their lashes, and so don’t have visible eyelashes. This guy does.
 
Or he/she could just be trans, or a large-framed mare.

They’ve obviously changed the model, eg. Muzzle, manestyle, more obvious horn. But used a male muzzle and kept the eyelashes. So I’m guessing it is intentionally.

I don’t think we’ve ever seen a mare with the male snout shape, and we’ve seen fake eyelashes. I think it’s safe to say this is a stallion. A fabulous stallion, but a stallion nonetheless.

When I was watching this episode I knew there was something odd about that pony, but hadn’t registered it due to how fast the scene was. Look at that, a trans pony!

So this is a pony already used in the show, meaning it’s probably not a mistake.  
Has a male looking body shape, something that cannot be changed easily.  
Has female mane, tail, eye-lashes, and wears make-up. All things you can intentionally easily change…
 
Is this really a canon Stallion-to-Mare transpony? Has this really happened?!
