Because the tags as they are presented in download are not remotely useful to me for how I organize the pictures. For example, “Trixie” should not come before “Twilight Sparkle” just because r comes before w; if it’s a picture of Twilight Sparkle that includes Trixie, then Twilight Sparkle needs to come first. And Trixie (if she’s prominent enough to even be tagged) needs to come second. But if Trixie is the focus and Twilight’s in the background, then in that case yes, Trixie’s name does need to come first. Most of the other tags are utterly irrelevant to me; it’s fine for site organization that someone with a frog (hoof part) fetish wants it tagged when the frog is visible, but I couldn’t care less and don’t want it in the file name. And a number of potentially useful tags are fine as memetic names for the thing they mark, as far as the site goes, but are just ridiculously over-specific for file names where I’ve already filtered for “liked this enough to download it.”
So no, I don’t want to download the tags. I’d actually rather have the file name that OP uploaded.
