its the tag specifically for horse vulva, “anatomically correct” as in accurate(or at least close enough) to that of an actual horse’s vulva.

One of the uses of the tag is to distinguish “correct” horse fun-bits from “human-like” vulva, which has been a hot topic of discussion forever. It’s very common for artists to draw them in a human fashion. For males, on the other hand, there isn’t much of a debate about people drawing ponies with human dingles, instead of a horsecock, since it’s not a popular depiction.
 
I mean, who would even do that anyway, human dongs are so boring in comparison >:T
