The criteria for those are 3,000 and 10,000 respectively.

Pretty sure I qualify for Magnificent Metadata Maniac, and not sure what the requirement is for Notoriously Divine Tagger, but I have over 200 uploads with a lot of tags added at time of upload (though the lowest I’ve seen with this tag is 300, so I figure I might need some more).
