So here is a place i guess to ask questions concerning the new forums i’ll start with one i have.  
Any way to embed a video into a post?

There’s currently no way of embedding anything that isn’t an image, and it’s not a planned feature for the foreseeable future. Just linking to youtube should serve you fine for now.

Similarly to how we can view a user’s comments on the booru by clicking on a link in their profile, is it possible that in the future we’ll be able to view users’ forum posts as well?

This is a feature that will probably be implemented in the near future, and certainly something on the list of things to do even if it takes us a while to get to it for whatever reason. It’s amongst the simpler things, anyway.

To avoid making another tread I’ll ask here: Is there any chance to add a search function on the forums? It might look soon to implement it but it’ll be useful.
