Making a new account

Is there a way to make a new account? I’m planning on making it for digital artwork I’m envisioning on.

You can use https://trixiebooru.org, or just another browser, to easily set up and maintain a different account without having to log off.
 
If you just mean renaming, you can also do that on your account page.

No - your email address is the unique identifier for the profile, like so you will need to have 2 email addresses to have 2 accounts.

You can use the same password for each, it’s just the email and profile name that has to be unique.

Email addresses have to be unique. But some services, such as gmail, ignore dots in the username, but sites don’t. For example:
 
example@gmail.com  
examp.le@gmail.com  
e.x.a.m.p.l.e@gmail.com
 
Will all go to the exact same email account, but sites will typically treat them differently. Likewise you can use + tagging too, such as example+1gmail.com and example+2gmail.com, and gmail will ignore the + and everything after it, sending all mail to example@gmail.com
 
Hotmail/Outlook/Live also do the + tagging thing, I’m not quite as sure about dots. If you’re using Yahoo mail, rethink your life choices.
