No "Neigh" Button

I notice that the new format omitted the “neigh” button above each thumbnail. Is this intentional?
 
If so, what’s the point of removing the “neigh” button? It just makes it harder to know which pictures I have downvoted.

Second thread about this. I wonder how many we will get.

They wanted to limit mass downvote. it is intentional.

You can still downvote to your heart’s content, you just have to click on the image itself, THEN you can downvote. Like boz said, it’s to stop mass downvotes. Or at least make it a little harder.

if sheep voting an issue then remove upvotes too.
