Having mistaken misread about webm length and posted removal requests for those that were bad….(in part, having difficulty in finding where that was specified)
 
Is it possible that on upload of a webm that :  
  • the backend calculates the time,  
  • if its >30s it rejects it  
  • if its >10s, it adds a message box to the page that explains that reminds the user that webms from official sources need to be no greater than 10s, not preventing the user from continuing to upload?
