Possible viewing glitch?

I recently uploaded a higher resolution version of an image. That image went through fine and is currently being merged. However, the bottom part of the image appears cut off for me. At first I thought it was my fault, a bad upload, but then I noticed something strange. Clicking the view button would show me the image correctly, where clicking VS would show it with the cut off glitch. Furthermore, the preview doesn’t show the glitch.
 
And finally, looking at the image in a different browser does not show the glitch, and even fixes it appearing when I click VS.
 
This is all very confusing and I also do not know if literally anyone else can see this issue. Please at least confirm or deny that you guys can see the same weirdness I am seeing.

Annnd I just realized that adjusting my window to fill less of the screen fixes it too, but only if not zoomed in. This is all very strange.
