really slow response about reported

hello now i have someone using my vector without permission or without tag to me in yesterday i try report 1 post  
but unfortunately admin really slow response and can’t delete without reason so now whats going on here?…
 
or i must pay to you for 1 reported? this is unfair.
 
if can’t response this now service is still bad or lazy?…  
why not change admin new one if old admin don’t care about service,so you want hate me?…

Your report was dealt with in less than a day. That far outpaces commercial sites like DeviantArt or Tumblr. This site’s staff are volunteers “working” on their free time after their actual work.
 
Unless it’s an urgent matter, like illegal content or harassment, less than a day seems pretty damn good.

This is a volunteer site - in the last day we’ve gotten a little more than 50 reports like yours, not counting the PMs some of us have also received. We’re handling reports, on average, in 3 hours. Some, like your’s, take longer.
 
I challenge you to point out something else of this scale that offers its services to you, for free, where you get a personal response within a day.

but unfortunately reported will not working,i like then little bit fast than now someone will lazy in work
 
i know still working but the time must balanced example like me  
in the morning time to work and afternoon or night time to drawing

No - 3 hours on average, from the time the report was opened to the time that someone closed it. That doesn’t mean someone works on it for 3 hours - some reports take a few seconds once we start working on them. Others take much longer, sometimes weeks.
 
If it was “3 hours of process” for every report we’d be looking at something like … let’s see … 2 reports on average every hour (give or take just looking at the last couple of days) that take an average of 3 hours to resolve equals approximately 144 hours of “work” being done every 24 hour day.
 
It sometimes FEELS like that much work, true, but it’s not 3 hours of “process”.
 
Sometimes there’s someone here and available to handle any reports that come in and the report gets handled right away. Other times, like your report, everyone is asleep or at work or doing something else, or its the kind of report that only a couple people handle so we wait for one of them to show up.
 

 
That’s a little hard to parse, but reporting things “works”, and this isn’t about anyone being “lazy”.
 
Like you we have other things we enjoy doing, or have to do.
 
It is annoying that people use other people’s art without permission or checking the DNP list. But, you’re already on the Do Not Post list, and anyone uploading anything containing your art in an edit is breaking our rules and if you don’t notice it then one of the other users on the site will report it, and as with this report we usually take care of those kinds of things within a day.
