I can view it, and I can edit it (I backed out the edit I made so it remains unchanged), but when I try to use it I get the error:

I am not able to replicate this error with other filters.
 
Something is broken that is specific to your filters. Whatever that is, it isn’t at a level that I can see with normal staff tools, so development will have to investigate.
 
While we try to figure out what is wrong with your filters, you should be able to create new ones. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully you will be able to create new ones that do what you want. If while making those new filters those also suddenly start failing, then there’s a good chance whatever the last thing you added to the filter is was the problem, so please let us know if that happens.
 
Update: Yup, it’s something definitely specific to what you have filtered. I copy/pasted the tags from one of your filters (to preserve your anonymity) and ended up with an equally broken filter.
 
Fascinatingly, I removed all of the tags, 50% at a time, and even with all the tags removed the filter remains broken.

I’m guessing the artist name has a character other than one of the 64 normally used and that’s messing things up somehow.

Removing the artists should result in the filter working if that were the case.
 
No, whatever is going on here is special broken. It’s like normal broken but it’s wearing a cape.

I think the link that lets us use someone else’s filter in the filter editing screen is broken. Even creating a blank filter from scratch and trying to apply it with that link you’re trying to use results in the same 404, so it’s not their filters. I mentioned it in the admin channel just now. We can still re-create the filter manually and apply it using the normal filter drop-down in the upper right.

In both your cases I was able to create copies of your filters and apply them with the drop-down filter menu, and spoilering and hiding new tags seemed to work OK. Can you try again or give some more details?

Does the filter mess up due to the whole min score thing? As in, someone set the min score to higher than the highest scoring image? It would explain why it’s not working even with no tags. Brb, off to experiment!
 
Edit: nope, that’s not it. Was worth a shot, I suppose. This isn’t just your normal, everyday broken. This is… advanced broken. More experimenting!

Oh, I tried creating it from scratch, too, but I selected “Use this filter” in the edit window.

No, but clicking copy and customize then using the result makes it work just fine for me. Huh.  
Edit: no wait, pushing “use this filter” is giving me a 404. Which is even weirder.

Weird. I can select it from the pop up and it seems to work fine, it only breaks if I try to “Use This Filter”.

Yeah, the filter itself is working fine. Unfortunately, my liberal arts understanding of the inspect element tool can only take me so far, so I’m afraid I’m of no further use in this discussion. Maybe if I try making my personal filter public, to see if this is a thing for all public filters?
 
Edit: Annnnndddd there it is. For all filters, pushing “use this filter” is broken. Even if this doesn’t solve the original issue, it’s still a problem to kick over to the dev team.

Fast? That might have been the slowest turnaround on a regression we’ve ever had. Took almost two days…

Still faster than most sites. That and I’ve been playing this game called Ark (Won’t say full name) and they’re slow as f to fix something. So this is quite quick to me. Also faster than Youtube, they’ve had broken monetization for years and I still can easily find porn there.

Getting 500 errors all of a sudden. Also, my internet is doing the “delete everything and repopulate the list” again, quite frequently, so there may be a connection and I might be the only one getting these errors.

If there’s anyone at fault, it would most likely be us or Cloudflare. If you have a restrictive AV installed, it might also be a bad certificate pin; in either case, I don’t think it’s your ISP.

So you’re saying >>2088532 works for you without issue? The preview and thumbnail are broken for me, returning 500 Internal Server Error with “cloudflare-nginx” at the bottom if I try to open the image in a separate tab in Chrome, does that happen for anyone else?

Does the word “Cloudflare” appear anywhere on that 500 error page?

Yes, it works without issue. It is strange to see cloudflare-nginx as the server page because they phased that out a while ago and most of their error pages don’t look like the default nginx error page to begin with.
