Rules should mention cropped images??

I am aware that it’s okay to upload cropped versions of images not allowed here to keep them within site rules (Assuming you don’t link the original), but the site rules page doesn’t say anything about it. Would it be a good idea to put something about “cropcon” in the site rules so people new to this site know? The rules mention illegal content, but not this.
