Site rules location

Maybe this is just a personal problem but… I’ve always just tried to find the rules thru the forums under “site and policy” and searching up rules. Perhaps for newcomers or blind people like me it’d be best to keep the rules and other important stuff at the top instead? I’ve been using this site for years and honestly forgot the rules were at the very bottom of the page lol

The bottom of the page is a fairly universal place for sites to put their rules, policies, etc. Most people know to look there
