Suggestion: Individual image blocking

Basically if you come across a particular image you don’t like but don’t want to add some of it’s tags to your filter because you don’t want to block everything associated with those tags, can you just have a small icon somewhere that appears after right clicking on the image itself that can instantly block that image specifically? This would also be nice as a user would not have to open their settings and manually input tags to the filter.
 
Also on the subject of tags, could there be a menu that pops up upon, say, right clicking the image that displays all of it’s tags and each can be blocked/filtered with just a simple click on the tag?
 
Edit: I forgot to mention that this would also be handy for blocking images that have not been tagged yet or have improper tags.

Better than having downvotes hide pics. Still need some way to recover them, in case you change your mind or mis-clicked.

That’s easy, just have a list somewhere in your account settings of all the stuff you blocked with a “restore” or “unblock” button for each one.
