For the record, I am well aware that these folks have been around for quite a while, unfortunately. It’s not even recent either.

This thread is for venting, not dredging up old personal drama. I think everyone needs to remember that, because the last several pages have repeatedly gone into personal drama.

Ok. Fine. I admit I went off the rails there. But my point still stands: sidelining the main characters of a show in its series finale is just wrong. And so it is to claim to be a fan of a show while hating its main characters. As someone who started following this show since 2011 I do have my reasons to express disappointment and concerns here. I don’t like what the fandom has become, and I’d really hate if the series finale humiliates the Mane 6 instead of giving them a satisfying conclusion, and I think I’m not really the only one who feels that way in both of them. Right now the only thing I really want is just one: watching the series finale. I just hope that it will be worthy and writers don’t mess up the Mane 6 in favor of other characters…

I know BG pony’s posts here were blocked because they weren’t relevant to this thread but I’m genuinely curious to know what he said.

sigh Something tells me that the waiting for the final episodes will be LOOOOONG….

Oy vey, have we really reached a point where fans have gotten so touchy that they’ve started witch-hunting other fans as “Mane-6-haters,” or whatever now?
 
If anything is wrong with the brony fanbase it’s people like that costantly accusing others of stuff.

Yeah, but if we’re reaching a point where somebody who draws a cutesy pic of the Mane 6 is somehow getting accused of being a “Mane 6-hater,” then it won’t be long ‘till you, or I get accused of that too for no reason.
 
Heck, on DA I got accused of hating Sonic characters I actually like, because I draw comical fanart of them, I guess people can’t handle satire.

Okay, now I see what all the hullabaloo is about towards the CMC episode and what Jarkes kept parading around.

I couldn’t see it because it was from the Italian airing and I refuse to watch those, but now that it officially aired, I can now what it was and it was exactly what I expected.

As someone who is neither liberal nor conservative, it doesn’t bother me that Scootaloo is being raised by a gay couple.
