That guy’s one of the veteran VA OGs since I can remember. Along with likes of Frank Welker, Rob Paulsen, Charlie Adler, Tress Mcniel. He’s the Brain from Pinkie and the Brain and the first time I ever heard his recognizable voice was from The Real Ghost Busters as Egon.
 
I’m actually surprised MLP didn’t get VAs like Cree Summer, Kath Soucie and EG Daily. It was weird hearing Tommy Pickle’s voice coming from a woman soldier fighting alien bugs in Starship Troopers. Memories…

Too many people think Kirin/Qilin are half horse half dragons hybrids. They are mostly likely thinking of the Longma, literally dragon horses in Chinese. Aside from being quadrupedal, have scales, horns, and hooves, that is where the similarities end.
