Probably she did, but maybe Sunset explained her that they are just their dimension counterparts, it’s obvious, Twilight inmediatly recognized them in the first movie

I know, not exactly the same but they still looking almost the same as their pony counterpart (Except Cheerilee, Celestia, Luna and Big Mac) instead of using human tones

Well yes, they’re supposed to be. Just that as a rule, they’re liter. :P

I think the lighter “skin” palette, is to maybe because as ponies, they have a coat of very short hair, but still hair, that gives ponies the coloration of their body, and humans just have skin to do it.

Quick summary (Part 2 leaked): Rarity gets a job with Vignette Valencia a shallow b*tch who’s obsessed with things trending and stuff like that.  
Shallow b*tch finds out that Rarity and her friends are the Rainbooms, which are popular (hundreds thousands followers?!!), and decides to use them to advertise her dresses or whatever she makes.
 
During this, she comes up with new different personas for the girls based on what’s trending at the time– Fluttershy is the first person she tells this to and not on board with pretending to be something she’s not, so the chick uses her cell phone to send her to the ??? A white empty void (that looks suspiciously like Juniper’s mirror world/limbo) with her phone’s camera function.  
Fluttershy then finds and eats a salad.

Outtakes kinda implies that just because you can talk to animals doesn’t mean they will obey.  
Side note: I hope Fluttershy’s geode will develop (as of now, it’s a passive power) like manifesting the abilities of any animals like DC’s Vixen.

Since Sunset’s power is passive as well, maybe erase memories and create fake ones.  
Mind control?  
Ok I realize those kinda sound villainous  
Pinkie - selective explosion and anything beyond sweets.  
Kinda sucks for her if she constantly explode sweets at random, it’s part of her passion.  
Rarity - utilize her power like she did in Rainbow Rocks, shooting diamonds not just shielding.  
AJ - invulnerability; no point having enchenced strength if easily hurt when said ability.
 
No idea for Sci-Twi and Dashie.

Twilight cold get more advanced forms of telekinesis, like creating psychic constructs, or stuff like geokinesis, pyrokinesis.
 
Rainbow Dash could vibrate her body with her speed, to phase through objects, or danger.
